Order Cancellation

We understand that pregnancy can bring quick changes, including your shopping needs.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Orders canceled before shipping receive a full refund.

  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled — but we’re happy to help you through a return or exchange after delivery.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items are created especially for you, so cancellations aren’t possible once production begins.

If there’s an issue with your custom item, please reach out — we’ll review the situation and work toward a fair, caring solution.


Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Before sending anything back, please contact our support team to receive:

  • The correct return address

  • Step-by-step return instructions

⚠️ Do not ship returns to the address on your package label.
Unauthorized returns may be lost or delayed.


Return Policy

To begin a return, simply email our support team.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Free from stains, scents, or damage

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received.


Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? We’re here to help you get the right fit — comfort is everything during pregnancy.

  1. Contact our support team to confirm availability.

  2. Send the item back in original condition.

  3. Once verified at our warehouse, we’ll ship your replacement promptly.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., style, size change, no longer needed), customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued 5–7 business days after your return reaches our warehouse.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is completed.
