Size Guide

Your Perfect Fit, Every Step of the Way

Pregnancy changes your body in powerful, beautiful ways — and your clothes should move with you, not against you. Our size guide is here to help you choose pieces that feel supportive, comfortable, and confidence-boosting through pregnancy and postpartum.

How Our Sizing Works

We know maternity sizing can feel confusing, so we keep things simple:

  • Stick to your pre-pregnancy size for most items — our designs naturally accommodate your growing belly.

  • If you’re in between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, choose one size up.

  • For postpartum wear, select your regular size unless you prefer a gentle compression fit.

How to Measure Yourself

Grab a soft measuring tape and measure directly over your underwear for the most accurate results.

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your chest while keeping the tape level.

Underbust

Wrap the tape snugly around the ribcage, right under your bust — especially helpful for nursing bras.

Waist (Pre-bump area)

Measure around the natural waistline, just above the belly button.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and booty.

Inseam

Measure from the top of your inner thigh to your ankle.

Postpartum Size Guidance

Your body will continue changing after birth — and that’s completely normal.

  • For postpartum bras and underwear, choose your current measurements.

  • For postpartum leggings, select your pre-pregnancy size if you want light support.

  • For loungewear, go with your preferred comfort level — fitted or relaxed.
